A mi amigo el DJ

There is no simple experience of "dancing". The experience always is changing. The origin of the beats from disco and house music, although generally unknow to nonmusicians, is around half century old. Today, in Magdeburg the entire field of music is quivering with anticipation. The air is charged with excitement. A feeling is chared among the people whom like dancing that radical change is at hand. A consensus grows that the near future will see new rythms exploding onto the Magdeburg's scene, incorporating from soul and funk music to disco, house and minimal styles and giving us the much larger view of the dancing moves and, consequently, of our selves.
Plastiksoul and other DJ's in MD move in the midst of all this, now dancing this way, now that, somes times with a heavy beat, sometimes with lightness and grace, ever flowing freely. Now they become the dance, now the dance become them. This is the message from the Dj's in Magdeburg: not to confuse the type of dance that they are doing with the fact that they are dancing.
